Took about 30 seconds to swap out the old belt, and the flat non-stretch material fit perfectly on my Hoover's brushroll pedal model. My vacuum is picking up like new again.

The belt is noticeably stiffer than the old one, but it snapped into place without any fuss and fixed the brushroll issue immediately. My vacuum is running like new again, no more skipping.
