I’ve been burned by cheap caps that crack after a few months, so I was relieved this one locks on with a firm, snug twist and shows no signs of wear yet. The fit across my older SmartWash model is spot-on, and I haven’t seen a single drip during the last dozen fills.

The seal is really tight—I filled the tank to the brim and tipped it sideways with zero drips. It clicked right into place on my older model without any wiggling. Fits exactly like the original.
