The extension hose clicks on without any wobble, which makes reaching the top of my bookshelves and under the couch a lot less frustrating. It's light enough that I don't feel like I'm wrestling the vacuum when I'm cleaning above my head.
Snapped this onto my stick vacuum and finally got the cobwebs above the doorframes and behind the fridge without dragging the whole unit up. The hose is flexible enough to bend around corners but holds its shape when I need it to. Makes those annoying tight spots actually doable.
